The Elbasan Judicial District Court, since 2017, has been located in a new building. It is one of the courts with the highest number of courtrooms, 11 such, all equipped with the audio recording system.
The internal premises of the court conform to European standards for the development of judicial, civil and criminal proceedings.
Courtrooms are located on floor no. 0 (zero) and No. 1 (one). On each floor, where the court sessions take place, the public can wait for the start of the court process in the lobbies of these floors, until the call by the secretary of the sessions.
On the floor no. 2 and No. 3, the offices of the judges and the judicial administration are located. The court's secretariat is located near the main gate of the court (ground floor), with a separate entrance for the public.
